The Signdale Guarantee of Satisfaction
With the quality of our state-of-the-art presses, lightning-fast turnaround, low prices and helpful customer service, it’s no wonder Signdale has so many satisfied customers.
Signdale stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your banner printing, or if the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please contact customer support at support@signdale.com or call 948 210 6071, please have your order number ready, and the full name and billing information. Damaged banners must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the banners for a reprint.
All our vinyl banners, vinyl flex, vinyl mesh, step and repeat banners, backlit banners, are guaranteed for two (2) years against fading in excess of 15%. Vinyl Banners with UV printng (which must be requested at the time of the order and which has an additional cost of $0.35 per square foot) are guaranteed for five (5) years against fading in excess of 15%.
Indeed, Signdale takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors on the artwork.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Due to the nature of vinyl characteristics, a discrepancy of up 2″ is possible when producing large scale print sizes. Vinyl can shrink from heat, or when rolled or folded in shipping. Signdale will not be liable for size discrepancy of less than 2″.
- All Jobs are custom printed, and cannot be returned or refunded or canceled once a job has been printed.
We do not take responsibility for damage to the materials provided by customer during production or shipping.
In no case should Signdale be liable for any cost incurred by the customer that exceeds the original item price purchased from Signdale.
